In alignment with Malaysian laws, regulations, and the guidelines of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission ("MCMC"), the following rules govern the creation, sharing, and interaction with content on our platforms. These platforms include the website "www.collektr.co" ("Website"), mobile applications, the Portal, our social media, and any other platforms we may offer (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

1. Explicit and Obscene Content

Prohibited:

• Content featuring explicit sexual acts, sexually suggestive material, or obscene gestures.
• Depictions or descriptions of sexual violence or exploitation.
• Material deemed pornographic or offensive under Malaysian law.

Permitted:

• Educational or medical content related to sexual health or anatomy, provided it is presented in a non-explicit, professional manner.
• Artistic or historical content involving nudity, provided it is appropriately contextualized and does not promote obscenity.

2. Nudity

Prohibited:

• Nudity in a sexualized context or intended to provoke a sexual response.
• Images or videos showcasing genitalia, female nipples (outside permitted exceptions), or buttocks in an obscene manner.

Permitted:

• Non-sexual nudity in contexts such as art, medical illustrations, or culturally significant material, shared with appropriate context and without exploitation.
• Content involving minors is strictly prohibited, regardless of context.

3. Gambling and Betting Content

Prohibited:

• Promotion, advertisement, or facilitation of gambling, betting, or wagering activities (e.g., Oripa stream).
• Content encouraging participation in illegal gambling under Malaysian law.

Permitted:

• Discussions or analyses related to the impact of gambling, as long as they do not promote gambling activities.
• Reporting on gambling in journalistic or news contexts, as long as it does not encourage participation.

4. Enforcement

Content Moderation:

Collektr employs automated systems and human reviewers to identify and remove content that violates this policy.

Reporting Violations:

Users are encouraged to report content that they believe breaches this policy. Reports will be reviewed promptly, and necessary actions, including content removal, account suspension, or legal reporting, may be taken.

Actions for Violations:

• First Offense: Written warning will be issued, and the content will be flagged.
• Second Offense: If further violations are found, Collektr will proceed with banning the user account.

Appeals Process:

Users whose content is removed or accounts suspended may appeal by contacting our support team. Appeals will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and MCMC guidelines. We will assess the appeal based on merit and information provided, and all decisions are final.

5. Compliance with MCMC Guidelines

All users are reminded that Malaysian law prohibits the creation, sharing, or distribution of content that is obscene, indecent, or contrary to public decency. Collektr will cooperate fully with MCMC and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
