Collektr is committed to safeguarding the privacy and personal data of all users, including minors. We recognize the special need to protect the personal information of children under the age of 18 and comply with applicable privacy and child protection laws.

Collektr permits users aged 12 and above for purchasing purposes with parental consent. Selling accounts require users to be 18 years and above.

Parental consent must be verifiable via electronic signature or direct guardian communication.

If you are accessing Collektr from outside Malaysia, your data may be transferred to and processed in Malaysia or other jurisdictions with different data protection laws. By using Collektr, you consent to such transfers.
