In perfect condition, however, it is better not to expect a PSA 10 state.
It has always been kept in the sleeve -> top loader -> top loader sleeve. It could not be more cushioned. Any white dots are dust particles stuck inside the loader. I have analysed each card carefully and if there are any issues they will be mentioned below.
