TV Reporter Trainer card from the Dragon Frontiers set, card number 82/101. Illustrated by Ken Sugimori, released in 2006 by Pokémon/Nintendo. This Supporter card allows you to draw 3 cards then discard 1 card from your hand. Playable in some older formats but mainly collectible now.
