Prints

• Each Platinum guest receives 2 prints, signed on-site
• No substitutions or exchanges for other prints.

Photos

• Selfies must be quick (to keep queues moving).
• Event staff will assist to ensure photos are clear and efficient.

Event Access

• Ticket is non-transferable and tied to Collektr account ID.
• Entry requires showing of Collektr receipt at the counter
• Please arrive 15 minutes before each activity for registration.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be moved to the new date or refunded in full.
